At The Wictory, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet the expectations of our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be issued.
No Refunds After Service Commencement
Once services have commenced or setup is completed within a work session, work will not be halted, and refunds will not be provided. We believe that our work is a collaborative effort and once we begin providing services, we commit to seeing them through to completion.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your services before they commence, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In such cases, we will review your request and may issue a full refund, less any applicable fees for services already rendered.
Quality Assurance
At The Wictory, we aim for complete client satisfaction. If you have concerns regarding the quality of our work, please contact us within 14 days of service completion. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, we may offer to rework the service rather than issuing a refund.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, such as a significant error on our part or failure to deliver the agreed-upon services, we may consider issuing a refund at our discretion.
